Established with an effective exemption date of March 4, 2016, The Nunnally Foundation, Inc. was founded on principles of faith, compassion, and community service. Our vision for this entity has always been to support endeavors that embody these values, fostering growth and resilience within spiritual and communal frameworks. As a dedicated fiscal sponsor under the Model C framework, The Nunnally Foundation now provides essential financial and administrative oversight, enabling emerging ministries, local outreach programs, and faith-inspired projects to thrive and secure tax-deductible contributions, thereby amplifying their benevolent impact. 

New-HUD, Inc.: A Foundation in Housing and Urban Development 

New-HUD, Inc., which stands for **Nunnally Enterprises Working in Housing and Urban Development**, commenced its tax-exempt operations on January 30, 2004. and has played a pivotal role in Atlanta, Georgia, and its surrounding areas, directly assisting low-income families in securing housing during a period of significant economic challenge. Our impactful work involved collaborating with financial institutions to rehabilitate and transition foreclosed properties into affordable homes for moderate to low-income families, demonstrably improving lives and stabilizing communities across the region. While the housing market has since evolved, the fundamental need for innovative solutions in housing affordability and urban development persists. Recognizing this ongoing imperative, New-HUD, Inc. has strategically pivoted to a Model C fiscal sponsorship role. Our historical expertise in housing now serves as a foundational advantage, enabling us to meticulously identify and empower new, independent projects dedicated to addressing contemporary housing crises and fostering sustainable urban growth. We continue to build upon our legacy by providing the critical fiscal framework these vital initiatives require to succeed.
