Securing fiscal sponsorship with The Nunnally Foundation, Inc. is a structured process designed to ensure mutual understanding and compliance. We are here to guide you through each step:
1. Initial Inquiry:** Begin by reviewing our "Our Fiscal Sponsorship Services" page to ensure Model C is the right fit for your project.
2. Submit Project Proposal:** Prepare and submit a detailed Project Proposal (referencing **Exhibit A** from our agreement framework). This proposal should clearly outline your project's charitable purpose, activities, goals, proposed budget, leadership, and operational plan.
3. Foundation Review:** Our Board of Directors will meticulously review your proposal to assess its mission alignment, charitable intent, and operational viability. We may request additional information or a virtual meeting during this phase.
4. Agreement & Onboarding:** Upon approval, we will formalize our partnership through a comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (Model C). This agreement will outline roles, responsibilities, reporting requirements, and our administrative fee. Once signed, you will be onboarded as an official fiscally sponsored project.
5. Begin Fundraising:** With the agreement in place, you can immediately begin soliciting tax-deductible donations and applying for grants under The Nunnally Foundation, Inc.'s 501(c)(3) status, with our support in processing contributions.
